DEMO IN HICKORIES PARK IN OWEGO FOR NYS STATE DEPT OF LABOR

Friday afternoon, July 23rd. Lots of exposure for us. The demonstration will be at 3:00 PM at the Hickories Park in Owego. We will be doing Kata, self defense, weapons, and break boards. We would like as many FMK members as we can get to make a good showing!
