To All FMK Karate Members

It is time for our first Karate demonstration of the new year. We have been asked by Catholic Charities of Broome County to do a demonstration for the employees of Catholic Charities at St. Cyril’s church off Clinton Street in Binghamton on March 24th at 11:00 AM. We will be in their gym where the wedding receptions and such are held. It’s easy to find. At the Sunrise Diner, turn right and go around the back of the church to the parking lot and you are there..

We will be doing warm-ups, Kata, Self defense, and break boards. The usual stuff. At their request we will not use weapons. As usual, we always have a good time, so please, please…come if you can. You just might enjoy it.

Join FMK at the CBPW Holiday Parade!!

FMK Karate will appear in the 26th Annual Johnson City Business and Professional Women's Holiday Parade. The parade starts at Main Street and Lester Avenue and Ends at the Johnson City Senior Citizen Center on Brocton St. Come out and show your support!

Roberson's Home for the Holidays Demonstration on November 27th!!

We have been asked to demonstrate at Roberson's Home for the Holidays on November 27th. This is a very big event and there will be lots of people there to see us demonstrate!
We are scheduled to perform in Sears Harkness Hall from 1-1:30pm. Make sure to see James Richtsmeier for passes to the event for all who will be demonstrating or any family who accompany them!!

FMK in the VETERANS DAY PARADE!

The parade will start at 2:00 PM. FMK members that are going to participate will meet near the Hess station at the corner of Main St. and Walnut St. around the corner on Walnut. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to call the Dojo, or ask when you are there.
